We ask our guests for a deposit of half of the cost of the accommodation preferably by cheque made payable to C.D. Golland. Thank You.

We regret we are such a small business we cannot accept payment by credit card. Cheques, supported by a guarantee card or cash are acceptable. There is a cash machine at the petrol station at the junction of Bell Lane and the A1000.

If you need an invoice addressed to your employer or company we will do this on the strict understanding that you are personally liable for room and meal costs.

Any damage caused to the house or garden by guests will be charged on completion of any remedial work needed, or on vacation of your room, whichever is most appropriate from our point of view.

If you have to cancel a booking, we will be unable to return your deposit unless you give us 4 days notice.

All rooms must be vacated by 10.00am.
